Equality Florida Endorses Daniella Levine Cava @equalityfl

CANDIDATE SPOTLIGHT: This race is critical to Florida’s LGBT community. Please Donate To Daniella Today!

Today we highlight Daniella Levine Cava running for Miami-Dade County Commission District 8.

As Florida’s most populous county, Miami-Dade is vital to our efforts to win LGBT equality statewide. Daniella is running against an incumbent who has worked to block non-discrimination protections for LGBT people in Miami-Dade County. A victory for Daniella would mark a major pro-equality shift on the county commission.

Daniella is a very strong candidate with an excellent shot at winning, but with the August election less than 100 days away, she needs our immediate help.

Equality Florida Action PAC is thrilled to endorse Daniella Levine Cava and to highlight this critical race.

Daniella has been a tremendous champion for equality throughout her life and would bring a strong progressive voice to the commission. She is running a very effective campaign and has a 100% rating on our questionnaire. The election is August 26th.

Daniella needs our support to unseat an opponent of equality! Last summer Daniella’s opponent, Commissioner Lynda Bell, helped derail an effort to add vital new LGBT protections to Miami-Dade’s human rights ordinance. We need to help Daniella win and send an anti-equality commissioner packing.

Please make a donation of any size right now, and together, we can show Daniella that everyone who supports equality is with her.

Let’s win this!
